Abstract

The use of Artificial Intelligence in HRM has revolutionized HR management strategies. With the help of AI-driven HR analytics, organizations can make decisions based on the analysis of vast amounts of data. This study focuses on the implications of the integration of artificial intelligence into HR management. The key objective is to explore how AI analytics and tools help improve HRM processes in terms of efficiency and decision-making.  In its methodology, the study makes use of both primary and secondary sources of information. Primary data will be collected via surveys targeted at HR managers. Secondary data will be analyzed through the examination of available literature and reports on companies that have adopted AI in their HR processes. The following tools will be considered in the study: Workday, SAP Success Factors, IBM Watson.  It can be argued that AI-driven analytics significantly improves organizational decision-making because algorithms predict future actions. At the same time, the process is still fraught with difficulties related to such problems as data security issues and the costliness of AI implementations. In any case, AI helps in making more efficient decisions, but only when combined with human knowledge.
