The human resource management of the modern world has been a significant human resource management issue in the organizational environment today due to the heightened work demands, the technological integration and the expectations of employees that have changed. The study explores how worklife balance has impact on employee well, being and organization commitment within the work organizations in the private sector. The structured questionnaire was used as a descriptive and analytical research design and the primary data were of a structured questionnaire given to the workers of the private sector. The relationships between the variables were analyzed by using correlation and regression analyses. The findings demonstrate significant positive relationship between the worklife balance and the employees well is statistically significant, hence stress reduction and psychological health improvement are found to occur in the employees who can create a balance between their work and personal life. Furthermore, it has been established that worklife balance is a positional variable of considerable positive driver of organizational commitment which is the mirror of loyalty, emotional attachment and retention intentions at a greater level. The study also identifies worklife balance programs as being strategic in ensuring employee well, being and increase organizational commitment which consequently results to the organizations sustainable performance.
