Guidelines for Authors – Management Stream

We invite submissions from scholars, researchers, and practitioners who aim to contribute to the growing body of knowledge in the field of management and technology.

Manuscript Submission

Authors are asked to write their manuscripts in easily readable style in English. Spellings and management terminologies should conform to Standard English usage and should be consistent throughout the paper.

The Manuscripts should be in MS-Word format.
It is mandatory to mention a valid email address with content submitted online.
In the first page of the paper (cover page), include the author details as:Name, Designation, Name and Full address of Institute (with pin code), Email id, ORCID id, and The author’s name or affiliations should not appear anywhere else in the body of the manuscript.
The actual paper should commence from the second page, containing the title followed by the Abstract, Keywords, and the main paper. The author’s name should not be mentioned anywhere except in the first page (cover page).
Word Limit: The Manuscripts should not be more than 4000 words (including References).
Abstract: The abstract should be clear and provide an excellent summary of each article’s content and should not be more than 250 words.
All tables, charts, graphs, and diagrams should be high resolution black and white images or grey scale images only. Number and complexity of such exhibits should be as low as possible.
The manuscript must clearly specify the Methodology used in the paper. In case of survey-based studies, it is mandatory for the author(s) to mention the sampling methodology, number of respondents, nature of sampling, and time period of the study.
References should be included at the end of the paper. All the references should be cited in the body of the text. References and citations should be complete in all respects and arranged in alphabetical order. Display formula and mathematical equations should be numbered serially. Equations should be typewritten.
The primary heading should be in capitalized form (Uppercase), and boldface. The sub-headings should be in title-case capitalization (first letter of each word in capital), in bold.
Contributors whose papers are accepted or rejected will be informed by email only.
The Conflict of Interest needs to be included in the manuscript in line with COPE’s Best Practices for Authors. Please provide statements (please include this at the end of the paper, above the references).

General Guidelines for Paper:

Management Stream offers research paper format for a simplified and streamlined submission process.

Maximum Words limit 4000-4500.
Manuscripts should be prepared according to the APA 7th Edition (American Psychological Association) style guidelines.
Articles should be submitted in PDF and Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
Body of the manuscript should be in Arial, font size 12 with 1.5 spacing and double-space. The footnotes should be in Arial, size 10 with single spacing.
Acceptance of the research paper for publication requires payment of the publication fee.

The contributions presented to and accepted for publication and the copyrights therein shall be the intellectual property of the Ishan Institute of Management and Technology. Every article/comments/note etc. received for publication will be edited for general suitability of publication by the Editorial Board.
