She has authored 2 books—Brand Management and Retail Management and has published 16 research papers in reputed national and international journals, focusing on marketing, digital strategies, consumer behaviour, and sustainability. Dr. Khosla has supervised 1 M.Phil. scholar (awarded in 2022) and is currently supervising 1 Ph.D. scholar. She has presented papers in over 15 national and international conferences and received a University of Delhi Innovation Project Grant (2015–2016) as Co-PI.
